What this means for our Triboro SC families

The Blue Mountain Youth Soccer League, established in 1981, is a growing Lehigh Valley recreational soccer league which has options for both recreational soccer while also providing a pathway towards more competitive play.  

Triboro SC believes the BMYSL is a natural fit for our club’s Recreation program.  Many familiar Lehigh Valley soccer organizations are members of the BMYSL, and gameday travel is foreseen as about the same as our current recreational league.

There are a few changes, primarily in the age/team groupings which have already been reflected in our online registration links:

Triboro SC Recreation - Fall 2021 Registration

For 2014-2009 birth year players (U08-U13)

If your child is just learning the game or prefers a less-competitive developmental environment OR if your child is ready to dive into a more challenging, competitive league, the BMYSL and Triboro SC have teams to fit.

For 2008-2003 birth year players (U14-U19)

BMYSL provides a return to full-sided, 11v11 soccer.  Currently, our U15 and High School teams are projected to be coed teams, with the competitive level to be determined at the end of July.

BMYSL Fall Season

BMYSL’s fall season consists of (10) games in the fall, played as (5) "true" home and (5) away games.  The regular season will begin Saturday September 11 and concludes no later than Sunday October 31.  Games start between 8:30a - 4:00p on Saturdays and 1:00p - 4:00p on Sundays.

BMYSL concludes the Fall season with a very exciting, new event for Triboro SC: the Garcia Cup.  This is a playoff style all-weekend tournament which begins on Friday Nov 5 after 6:00p (as needed and available under lights) through Sunday Nov 7.  Regular season standings are used to determine tournament divisions, and last year was attended by over 5000 players, coaches, and fans.  With the addition of our club and others, this event will become even larger this year!

For 2015 birth year players (U07)

Triboro will provide an intramural option, building on our U06 program.  Teams will play 6v6 with goalkeepers, practice 1-2 nights a week with friendly games on the weekend.  Other BMYSL clubs do the same and have already offered to include Triboro SC’s teams in friendly games.

THE TRIBORO SOCCER CLUB SERVICES THE LEHIGH VALLEY AREA

with players from Whitehall, South Whitehall, Northampton, Catasauqua, Allentown, Bethlehem and Bath on our rosters. NO RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT!

The Triboro SC is a non-profit, all volunteer organization founded to promote youth soccer in the Lehigh Valley. Tri-Boro is a member of the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer Association, the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association, and the United States Youth Soccer Association.

We offer three levels of soccer within the club:

• In-house U6 for 4 and 5-year olds
• Recreation league play for 6 to 18-year olds
• Travel team play for 8 to 18-year olds

Triboro SC plays its main season in the fall, beginning in August. We also play a Spring season, starting in March, for all age groups. If you've registered to play in the Fall, there is no charge for play in the Spring. All you have to do is reply to an email in January and your child is registered.
