Travel Team Play
Tri-Boro
is a member of the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League, placing travel teams in
age groups from 8 years to 18 years. Tri-Boro
teams play against travel teams from other regional clubs within this league
and partake in various tournaments in the region.
This
league affords players with advanced skills and abilities an opportunity to
compete against others with similar skills.
Tri-Boro has licensing requirements for its travel team coaches and the
level of competition and play is generally beyond that found in the recreation
league.
Please
be aware, in relation to the recreation league, travel team play requires a
greater level of time commitment for the player, further travel to some games,
and added costs which may be mitigated through participation in fund-raisers.
We urge you to talk with the travel coach involved before you commit your
child to play on his or her team.
Try-outs
for these teams are held in late May and early June. All registered players are
invited to these try-outs.
