Fall Soccer Registration Instructions

The Fall Soccer Season, for U-6 to U-18 age groups, will start the week after Labor Day in September.     If you missed the registration weekend, you can download the registration forms below and mail them to Tri-boro Soccer.   All registrations MUST include the Tri-Boro application and RG6 form, and uniform order form if a uniform is needed.  The fundraiser ($40 for four $10 discount cards) OR buy-out ($30) is required with each payment {not required with 3rd child and over in family}. The candy listed on the form is all sold out. This is required and is part of our registration fee. The application will NOT be processed unless all fees are received.

Since it is after July 15, please add the late fee of $10 to each child participating!

 

FOR EACH CHILD, BOTH TRAVEL AND REC, YOU NEED:

 

1.        Tri-Boro Application – Fill out and sign.  

 

2.         RG-6 Form* – Fill out and sign (on other side of the 

                                 Tri-Boro Application).

 

* on RG-6 Form: 

League is either:    for U-6: Tri-Boro

                      or:    for Intramural: Northern Valley

                      or:    for Travel: Lehigh Valley

Club is always: Tri-Boro

 

 

3.        If required, fill out the Uniform Request Form.

                         4.     Make your check payable to: Tri-Boro Soccer        One check for all fees is acceptable. Since it is

                                 after July 15, please add the late fee of $10 to each child participating!

                         5.    We are always looking for coaches. If interested in coaching (head coach or assistant), please fill out

                                an RG6 form for yourself and also fill out the bottom of your children's Tri-Boro Application to reflect

                                you would like to coach their team.

                         6.     Mail Tri-Boro Application, RG6 form, uniform Request Form and a check to:
